BUSINESS AFFAIRS

 

The Business Affairs Office (BAO) was established to facilitate and supervise the planning, utilization and management of the school's farms and projects into a well-managed agribusiness ventures that can be both a good venue for skills development and generation of income.


Quezon National Agricultural School started with only eight (8) SIEs. At present, it already has seventeen (17) SIEs and another one opening soon. Three (3) among these enterprises serves as training venues of Hospitality and Tourism students. These are the Guest Houses, Cafeteria and Floating Restaurant. The rest serve as training venues for Agricultural courses like Animal Production, Horticulture and Agri-crops.

The unit propagates ornamental plants, seedlings. Its coffee project is a tie up program of QNAS, DTI and Nestle Phils. QNAS is the only accredited producer of Bio-N inoculants in Region IV-A with a Bio-N mixing plant from the BIOTECH-DA GMA Corn Program.
